Microbiota ocular y Antibioterapia

La terapia con antibióticos es un tratamiento comúnmente utilizado para las infecciones oculares bacterianas.

Sin embargo, la terapia con antibióticos puede provocar una alteración de la microbiota ocular normal y un mayor riesgo de infecciones oculares recurrentes.

La prueba de microbiota ocular puede ayudar a identificar las bacterias responsables de las infecciones oculares y seleccionar el antibiótico más eficaz.

Además, la prueba puede ayudar a monitorear la efectividad del tratamiento con antibióticos e identificar a los pacientes en riesgo de infecciones oculares recurrentes.
