Microbiota ocular y medicina personalizada

La medicina personalizada implica el uso de información genética, ambiental y de estilo de vida para desarrollar estrategias personalizadas de diagnóstico, prevención y tratamiento para los pacientes.

Las pruebas de microbiota ocular se pueden utilizar como parte de un enfoque de medicina personalizada para evaluar el estado de la microbiota ocular de un paciente e identificar los microorganismos más efectivos para la terapia.

Además, la prueba puede ayudar a identificar a los pacientes en riesgo de infecciones oculares recurrentes y tomar medidas preventivas para prevenir la recurrencia.
